We have a complimentary water station at our main bar area located by the front doors and common area.
We accept cash only for all merchandise and bar purchases. However we do have 3 ATMs located throughout our venue. Accepting cash assists you as a customer – serving you faster and more efficiently

We are an All Ages Licensed venue, however some events are 19+ depending on what event is happening in our venue.

Tickets purchased for the Belvedere Treehouse VIP Lounge includes seating for every ticket purchased, exclusive VIP drink menus, free freshly popped popcorn, private bar service, private washrooms, and a birds eye view of the event. When VIP Tickets are limited, we will upgrade ticket purchasers to a lower VIP Booth section located right next to the stage.

VIP Bottle Service booths are available during select events with purchase of VIP Tickets as well as bottles. Prices and amount of bottles may vary depending on selection.

Our coat check operates from October to March of every year. When utilizing the coat check please present a coat claim ticket to obtain your coat. If you have lost your coat check claim ticket – you may return to the venue on a later date and speak to management to claim your coat.

We have a strict no reentry for minors, this is to ensure the safety of the minor, as we are responsible for the safety of our guests once they are in our building.
We are a proud supporter of Molson and Charlton Hobbs, you can find a great selection of Molson and Charlton Hobbs products throughout our venue.
When receiving 19+ entry you must present a government issued photo identification card (passport or driver’s license). If you do not have your government issued photo identification card, you may be denied entry or denied service of alcohol.
Our door time is a suggested entry for our guests. This allows our guests to move through our doors, purchase a beverage and find a comfortable location before the first opening act performs.
On average we give our guests roughly an hour to enter our doors before the first act performs.
Our Box Office operates Monday to Friday (12PM to 6PM), as well as weekends only during events. For select events, tickets can be purchased at Vinyl Exchange (128 2nd Ave North).
Tickets can be purchased through our box office with cash, debit card and credit card. No Refunds or Exchanges.

If you have purchased tickets under the Ticketmaster Will Call delivery method, you may pick up your tickets at a Ticketmaster location. O’Brians Event Centre is a Ticketmaster outlet, we cannot print off your tickets until the door time of the event.

If you have purchased tickets under the Will Call delivery method, you may pick up your tickets at our box office window at door times or prior to the event during our box office hours.

If you have purchased tickets under the Print At Home delivery method, you may need to adjust your privacy settings on your email provider. Tickets may show up in the junk folder.

If you have purchased tickets under the Mobile delivery method, you may need to adjust your brightness on your phone prior to presenting your ticket. Please have your cellphone handy.
